GEORGE--Allan. July 31, 1914 - August 28, 1979 Dear Dad, how I wish you could have been with me, right here, to share the ups, downs and sideways of life for the past 31 years. I still don't understand why you had to leave us - so abruptly and so prematurely. How do you measure an absence? Please know that I miss you still, and always will.
